| Description | Suwannee County is seeking bids for exterior repairs to the Branford Mine scale house located at 6755 US Hwy 27, Branford, FL. Repairs will include: • Replace all exterior wood siding with ½” CDX plywood • Install new vapor barrier on exterior plywood • Replace miscellaneous rotten wood studs and/or top or bottom plates, as needed • Replace exterior doors, windows, and trim for same • Install Hardie Plank Lap siding and Hardie trim • Paint exterior in accordance with manufacturers specifications (attached). • Replace metal pan roof • Contractor will be responsible for removal of all debris. |
