The project involves the construction of a new 28,800 square foot food storage warehouse, loading docks, truck parking, car parking and a new access road at the current Government Support Services property located at 5408 South DuPont Parkway in Smyrna, DE 19977. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract . Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates
