Excavation, filling, grading and subgrade preparation for site work and pavements. 2. Demolition and disposal of existing concrete ramps, sidewalks and ancillary facilities. 3. Disposal of all excess and waste materials (including contaminated soils, if encountered). 4. Preparing subgrades including cut and fill for exterior pavements, lawns and grasses. 5. Subbase course for concrete pavements and asphalt paving. 6. Excavating and backfilling for proposed accessible ramps. 7. Temporary earth retaining structures as necessary to maintain the integrity of the excavation and prevent settlement of adjoining structures. 8. Provide construction dewatering to lower, control, remove, and dispose of ground water and permit excavation and construction to proceed on dry, stable subgrades. 9. Provide temporary grading to facilitate dewatering and control of surface water.
