Description

The project will remediate and restore approximately 7,580 linear feet of Carroll Creek from immediately downstream of the Highland Street crossing to its confluence with the Monocacy River. The project area includes a portion of the Renn Farm development that will be dedicated to the City as park land and frontage along the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
