2021 Community Development Block Grant Water Improvements

For construction materials for water improvements consisting of approximately 16,560 linear feet of 12" watermain; 7,200 linear feet of 8" watermain; 4,480 linear feet of 6" watermain; 28 fire hydrants; various fittings and miscellaneous appurtenances. The funding is provided, in part, by a Community Development Block Grant. Bidders must provide E-Verify certification. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
