Description

It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Professional Services (PS) to hire one (1) Florida of Transportation (FDOT) pre-qualified consulting engineering firm (hereinafter Consultant) to provide CEI Services for the Neovation Way, Neptune Road to Neocity Way Project. Neovation Way is a new 0.56-mile-long roadway serving as the southern portal to Osceola County's emerging NeoCity technology district. This project provides access to NeoCity from the south, linking Neptune Road and NeoCity Way. The Proposer (prime) Consultant shall be FDOT prequalified in Major Work Group 10.1 (Roadway Construction Engineering Inspection).
