Repair Facility Exterior Main Base

Original Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8). The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary to repair roofs on Building - 121, 165 Arkansas Avenue and Building - 193, 830 Ocotillo Avenue and Building 296, 700 Delaware Avenue and Building – 310, 280 Delaware Avenue and Building – 317, 744 Delaware Avenue Holloman AFB, NM. The existing facilities are currently occupied. See associated drawing plans/as-builds for additional information. Field verify ALL existing conditions. All renovation and repair and alterations and demolition work must be fully coordinated with the users in each Building. All work inside occupied spaces within buildings must be fully coordinated with the user. ALL new work shall be phased and executed to allow continued use of the buildings so as to minimize impact to the building’s mission.
