MCB Quantico Mulligan's Renovation and Pavilion Upgrades at the Medal of Honor Golf Course: furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment needed for turnkey delivery of the following: Mulligan’s Renovation - - Demo existing 70” bar counter, framing, drywall, bulkhead, ceiling grid/tile - Remove existing pendant lights and install new - Electrical allowance for wiring new equipment (flat top, fridge, turbo chef, food warmer, ice machine - Install outlets on back of bar wall - Relocate POS to front of new counter - Install new 16’ bar section with solid surface countertop - Install 6’ floating shelves at bar back wall - Install new ceiling tiles around removed bulkhead area - Demo existing window and re-size opening. Reframe Outdoor Area Pavilion: - Repair Roof - Provide and Install commercial outdoor grade enclosure (entire perimeter) – Motorized as an option - Provide and install overhead heaters Outdoor Area Option Item #1 - Remove 3600 SF asphalt and sub base gravel and install sod - Extend curb and gutters approximately 60LF - Grade and compact patio area and lay 600 LF of patio pavers - Add top soil to match new grade of patio and lay 3000 SF of blue grass sod - Install footings to support posts for sun shade sails - Provide and install portable wood burning fire pit.
