RFQ - Medical Repair and Renewal Design/Build (MRR DB)

Under this solicitation, the Government intends to aw ard a target of tw elve contracts, w ith four aw ards reserved for 8(a) small businesses and four aw ards reserved for small businesses. This tw o-phase procurement is expected to result in the aw ard of Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for the design-build of medical facilities in the Contiguous United States (CONUS), including Alaska, Haw aii, the District of Columbia, Guam (U.S. Territory), and Puerto Rico (U.S. Territory). This phase one solicitation requires no pricing submittal. CLIN schedule and project specific information w ill be provided in phase tw o. The phase tw o information provided in the solicitation is subject to change in phase tw o. The evaluation factors w ill remain unchanged. Offeror's Questions and Comments.
