Gasparilla Island State Park - Lighthouse Keeper's House Structural Repairs

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully repair and renovate the Assistant Lighthouse Keeper’s House per the contract documents. Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
