Reconnect/Install/Disconnect a Generator

Statement of Work - for the following Electrical Contracting Services - Reconnection of a 500kw generator at bldg. 310a in Beltsville, Maryland 20705 - and a - disconnection of a temporary - aksa marathon generator - that's trailor generated. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and service required to complete the installation of a government owned 500 KW Cummins Power Generation generator - model # DFED-5568669 serial# J02042060 spec. G) located at the United States Department of Agricultural 10300 Baltimore Avenue Beltsville Maryland 20705 building 310 East campus. The contractor shall install/re-strap the Cummins Power Generation generator which will supply building 310 with an output voltage of 277/480 volts for emergency power. The contractor shall replace the existing 1200 amp circuit breaker with new 600 amp circuit breaker located in the main electrical panel in building 310. The contractor shall modify and or extend the existing conduits and pad to make all re-connections for the Cummins Power Generations generator to building 310. The contractor shall disconnect the AKSA Marathon AP-EPAP512 trailer mounted temporary generator from building 310. Once all of the connection have been properly disconnected the contractor will move the AKSA Marathon generator form building 310 to storage area located behind building 426A about 1/4 mile away. The contractor will be responsible for testing and startup of the government owned Cummins Power Generation generator emergency system to ensure proper operations with the generator as well as the switch gear while the government Contracting Officer Reprehensive (COR) is present.
