Inouye International Airport, and related incidental work in accordance with the specifications. ALL requests for information shall be received in writing via HIePROprior totheQuestion Due Date in the General Information of the HIePRO solicitation. Questions receivedafter the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal requests for information will not receivearesponse. The estimated cost of construction is between $900,000 and $1,100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public.
