| Description | Albany County Opportunity, Inc d/b/a Albany Community Action Partnership, Inc. (ACAP) is soliciting bids on clean and tunes for residential heating systems. As part of this bid, the Contractor shall also supply an hourly rate for residential heating system repairs. The bids will be valid from April 14, 2023 and ending on June 30, 2024. The Weatherization Assistance Program for ACAP services residential units throughout Albany County. The clean and tune price will be kept on file for a period effective April 14, 2023 through June 30, 2024. In June 2024 a new opportunity to bid will be presented to contractors on our bidders list. All qualified bidders will receive an ‘Hourly Rate’ Subcontract agreement that will be presented and completed as above. This price will be kept on file for a period from April 14, 2023 through June 30, 2024. |
