Building 15 ADA Access & Pull Off

The University of North Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate, announces that general contractor services are required for ADA access and vehicular drive modifications at Building 15 located at the University of North Florida at 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224. Project scope is adding an ADA access ramp with a new exterior door and door operator. The ramp will provide access to the lower level at the front of the class of room 1304. Contractor will be responsible for cutting a new opening in existing wall and installing a new exterior door. The bid option is for a pull off drive that will include paving for the new pull off lane and associated electrical work. See the construction plans/drawings for the full scope of work.
