Water System Improvements, Phase 1 Water Main Replacement 2021

The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the improvements, which consist of three independent sections of work. Section 1 includes: 1. Installation of approximately 3,400 linear feet of new 12” diameter water main, fittings, valves, hydrants, services, and related appurtenances; 2. Installation of approximately 120 linear feet of new 4”, 6”, 8”, and 10” diameter water mains, fittings, valves, hydrants, services, and related appurtenances; 3. Installation of approximately 125 linear feet of new 12” diameter water main installed in an 18” diameter casing pipe using trenchless construction methods; 4. Approximately 580 square yards of PCC and HMA pavement removal and replacement; 5. Approximately 520 square yards of driveway removal and replacement; 6. Reconstruction of approximately 525 square yards of sidewalk and ADA-compliant curb ramps with detectable warning panels; 7. Site dewatering as required for construction, erosion control, site restoration and seeding, field testing; and 8. All other work as required by the contract documents
