The project is described as construction of a new athletic field house building incorporating locker rooms, public restrooms, and a concession area. Site improvements including extension of an electrical drop offsite are included. Contractor must be fully and properly licensed to operate in West Virginia at the time of bid submittal. This project is NOT subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements. Project and supporting documents must be completed by July 01,2024.
