Provide all labor and material to construct a new Multi-Sport Restroom/Concession/Press Box Building at Kickapoo High School. Question Cutoff Date 5/26/2022 04:30:00 PM (ET) A Notice to Proceed will be sent on April 27, 2022 Contractor will have the work substantially complete by August 5, 2022. Final Completion shall be August 19, 2022 for use for the fall softball and soccer seasons It is the intent of the Owner to begin work upon Board of Education approval at the June 21, 2022 meeting. A Notice to Proceed will be sent on June 22, 2022. Work will not begin until after the completion of the fall softball and soccer seasons, on or about 11/15/22. Contractor will have the work substantially complete by May 1, 2023. Final Completion shall be May 15, 2023.
