| Description | Replacement of the existing underground steam, condensate, domestic hot water, and hot water return piping between Buildings 6 and 15. Work will include the installation of the new lines above ground using a structural support system between the termination points for these lines, as well as the reconnection of these new lines to existing piping within Buildings 6 and 15, replacement of the condensate receiver and pumps within Building 6, capping and abandonment of the existing underground piping, and associated site and electrical work. Existing piping will remain in service until the scheduled final connections of the new services to the existing boiler. |
