The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The Scope of Work includes all the work described in the Contract Documents including the Drawings and Project Manual titled City of Bishopville, Rail Depot Rehabilitation. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The City of Bishopville is seeking bids for GC services for the rehabilitation of an existing RR Depot.
