This program provides low-income households with home repairs to address health and safety concerns and to correct code issues in order to bring homes into compliance with current standards. Repairs may include but are not limited to handicap accessibility, HVAC, plumbing, deteriorating structural components, well, septic, windows, roof, flooring, ramps, electrical, and LBP hazard reduction.
