King / Callahan / Russell Intersection Improvement Project

This solicitation/Contract is to furnish and deliver all materials, labor and equipment necessary to perform the scope of work as defined in Section C of this solicitation for work in the City in accordance with the solicitation/Contract specifications as defined herein. The information below provides a general overview of the project but is not a comprehensive description of each item included in the scope. This project entails the construction improvements to the King Callahan Russell Intersection as shown in the attached plans (Attachment J-8). These improvements include the installation of permeable and impermeable concrete, brick sidewalks, pedestrian signals and related electrical components, and milling and resurfacing of King Street and Callahan Drive; as well as maintenance of traffic and erosion and sediment Controls. Note from Sagres Construction: DBE participation is encouraged, please contact Trish Mousavizadegan - estimating@sagresconstruction.com This solicitation requires a Bid Bond and the resulting Contract shall require Performance and Payment Bonds.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
