Point Loma Naval Base - Renovate Various Rooms LVC B-24

The primary project location is rooms B201B, B202, B225A, B225B and B226 on the second deck of the B-Wing of building number 24, on the Oceanview base, also known as Command Third Fleet (C3F) base, at Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA The goal of this project is to provide the client a complete and useable facility for TTGP LVC. To meet TTGPAC mission requirements, rooms B104, B201B, B202, B225A, B225B and B226 shall be renovated to support Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training and TTGP's growth. This is the next phase of the previous POM 20 plan TF-1, "Renovate BLDGS 24 and 56 in Support of TTGPAC Mission Requirements." TTGP will experience an increase of 47 personnel by FY2025 to support the new capability and needs spaces renovated to meet upcoming requirements
