Description

Demolition and replacement of all rooftop hvac units,variable air volume (VAV) terminal units, existing HVAC control system, as well as installation of new fire dampers. The new HVAC control system will be an electronic DDC building automation system connecting to and controlling the HVAC system including the existing exhaust fans. Electrical work for this project will include power wiring for the new HVAC equipment including terminal unit electric reheat and the new DDC control system. Related work of the project includes removal and reinstallation of the existing acoustical ceiling, demolition and repair to gypsum wall penetrations, and installation of new roof walkway.
