Parking Lot Repair at Frederick Readiness Center, Frederick, Maryland

This project involves the removal, repair, and repaving of approximately 8,280 sq. ft. of the parking lot of Frederick Readiness Center in Frederick, Maryland All Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This is for Small Business Reserve (SBR) vendors only QUESTIONS DEADLINE: The deadline for questions has been established as _6/17/22__ at _3:00 p.m.__, to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $250 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions".
