Full Construction Engineering Services for US-12 and M-3 Signal Improvements (I-94 ATDM Phase 2)

Work Entails Traffic Signal Modernizations And Modifications (Thus Including, But Not Limited To, Advanced Detection), Concrete Sidewalk, Ramp, Its Device Installation And Integration Of Cctv Cameras And Dedicated Short Range Communication Roadside Units And Pavement Markings. (This Service Will Not Include Work Generally Associated With The Its System Manager Role. The Its System Manager Work Will Be Handled Through An Alternate Scope Of Service. The Selected Consultant Will Be Expected To Communicate Effectively With The Its System Manager And Design Engineer To Ensure Its Equipment Installation Is Being Performed In Accordance With The Contract And The Approved Submittals). Modifications Will Enable The Signals To Operate In Conjunction With The Central Signal Software System Using The Signal Performance Measures (Spm) Module, To Support Additional Traffic During The i-94 Modernization Project. This Project Is Anticipated For a November 2021 Letting And November 2023 Completion.
