Appalachian Regional Exposition (Apex) Utility Barn

Construction of a 32,000 square foot utility barn. The work is classified as Use Group Utility and Miscellaneous (Barn) and includes, but is not limited to: site work, pre-engineered metal building structure (160 foot building span), concrete foundations, and asphalt floor on grade. Alternate bids will be considered. Alternate bid #1 is a 16,000 square foot utility barn. Alternate bid #2 is a 32,000 square foot building utilizing alternative construction materials while meeting the prescriptive design criteria for wind, live loads, snow loads, seismic, minimum soil bearing capacity, etc. Alternate bid #3 will be for 16,000 square foot building utilizing alternative construction materials as in Alternate #2.
