Canter Creek - 4.99.0026 - Prince George's County

This project is proposed to be developed in two phases. Phase I would include the design and construction of a playground, a regulation sized basketball court and a football/soccer field and associated parking. The second phase will include a loop trail and a picnic shelter with outdoor seating.Per Council Resolution CDP-0701, Condition 31 requires a developer contribution of $500 per unit for the construction of recreational parks. This park will provide the athletic fields needed in this area of the County. As of April 17, 2023, this project is currently in the Prince Georges County's FY 2023-2028 CIP.
