Description

The Raritan Township Municipal Utilities Authority is Seeking a Bid Price for the Provision of Supplying, Removing, Replacing and Hauling of a 30 (Thirty) Yard, Water Tight, Roll Off Container With a Dump Style Tailgate. Hauling to Be Provided by a Class 8 (Eight) or 80,000 (Eighty Thousand) Pound Registered Truck, Properly Licensed and Registered With Njdep. All Bids Must Be Addressed to the Raritan Township Municipal Utilities Authority and Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Bearing the Name of the Item Bid on the Outside of the Envelope; and Should Be Accompanied by a Ownership Disclosure Statement, Non-collusion Certification, Experience Statement, Equipment List, Nj Business Registration Certificate and Certificate of Employee Information Report and Form of Proposal Accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the Form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Bid, but Not Exceeding $20,000.00. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a.10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c.17:27 Et. Seq." the Award of the Contract for Providing the Above Item Will Be Made Within Thirty (30) Days of the Bid Opening a Regular Meeting of the Raritan Township Municipal Utilities Authority's Board of Commissioners, Who Reserves the Right to Waive Formalities and May Accept or Reject Any Part or All of the Submitted Bid Proposal(S) as They May Determine to Be in the Best Interest of the Authority.
