| Description | Provide Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Services on an "As-Needed" Basis to the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), Maintenance & Operations Department. Questions regarding this ITB will be submitted in writing via email to wwpur@muni.org. Written questions will be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Alaska Time, October 12, 2023. Period of performance will be on an "as required" basis for one year beginning December 1, 2023, to November 30, 2024, with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1)-year periods at the same unit prices, upon mutual consent of both parties and lawful appropriate of funds. Bids not in compliance with the above requirements may be declared non-responsive and held unopened by the Purchasing Department. The MOA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. |
