Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1 Rehabilitation

Scope of work to include but not limited to: 1. Drain and power wash for inspection Aeration Basin No. 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B; Digester Basin No. 1 and 2; Clarifier No. 1 and 2. Furnish and Install concrete crack repairs, as directed by the Engineer. Power wash exterior walls of all the concrete basins. Removal and disposal of all FRP stair treads and grating at Headworks and replace with galvanized stair treads and galvanized grating. Furnish and install access platform to Dechlorination Chamber. Removal, disposal and replacement of all blowers and motors. Abrasive blast and recoat headworks above ground piping and galvanized Air Header piping and all appurtenances. Power wash, spot hand tool clean, and recoat exterior wall surfaces of Existing Control Room Building and Elec/Chem/Bathroom Building. 2. Rehabilitate Existing Lift Station including but not limited to cleaning, power washing, abrasive blasting, and recoating of existing wet wells. Wet well piping and pump shall be replaced. Abrasive blast and re-coat above ground piping, fitting, valves, and appurtenances of Existing Lift Station. Provide bypass operations as needed for wet well rehabilitation. 3. Removal and Disposal of existing Generator No. 2 with generator pad. Furnish and install 175 kW Diesel Engine Generator, including sound attenuating enclosure, foundation, sidewalk, raised platform and appurtenances. Power wash, hand tool and/or power tool clean existing Generator No. 1 enclosure (Generator No. 1 to remain) and re-coat. 4. Electrical System Updates, including but not limited to installing all work shown on plans, removal and replacement of existing manual transfer switch, surge protect, conduit, ductbank, and all required appurtenances. 5. Storm sewer relocation and paving access road removal and replacement as needed for the storm sewer relocation. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Site Restoration.
