Description

No bidsreceived but will rebid soon The nature and scope of this project is: The intent of this work is to furnish and install a complete functional SCADA system on five (5) sets of Pneumatic Ejectors at various locations throughout the Town of Bay Harbor Islands. The pneumatic ejectors were supplied and manufactured by Carter Pumps in 1998 and they are all supplied with compressed air from Town Hall, via 2" air lines. Electrical power to the ejector stations is available at two locations only and contractor shall supply their bids for these two stations using available FPL power. For the three locations without FPL power, contractors are required to supply their bids for SCADA using solar power. The Town of Bay Harbor Islands reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids. All Bids shall be clearly marked "BHI 196- "Furnish and Install completely functional SCADA systems on five (5) sets of Pneumatic Ejectors Carter Pumps". The minimum requirements of the SCADA system are as follows: (a) measure water overflow in the ejector pot (b) measure flow cycle start and end in the ejector pot provide a daily count of the number of cycles and, (c) provide overflow alarm via cellular I/P network.
