City Parks Improvement

Bids are for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of that certain project designated as "City Parks Improvements". Project Documents are on file and can be viewed at the office of the City Clerk Bids are for all labor and materials required to construct concrete sidewalks, multi-use trails and outdoor covered shelters at 14 parks located throughout the City of Southaven, Ms The total Contract Time will be 270 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $600.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. he City of Southaven reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information and irregularities therein, solicit new bids, award the bid to the lowest and best bidder. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The base bid plus all the additive alternates is 3.25-3.75 million.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
