City Hall Renovations - General Construction

The work to be performed for the City of Lancaster includes general, mechanical and electrical construction on the First Floor and Second Floor of the Lancaster City Hall. This contract will be awarded to (3) separate primes. 1. The scope of work on the first floor includes selective demolition, installation of new fire related automatic entrances, construction of wood panel and frameless glass transaction partitions and counters, structural framing at the transition partitions, installation of frameless glass doors, plaster patching at wall and fluted columns, modifications to adjacent work spaces and construction of two new work station alcoves. The mechanical and electrical work on the first floor includes modifications and upgrades to existing systems based on the scope of work set forth in this bid package and the re-purposing of existing adjacent work spaces. 2. The scope of work on the second floor includes selective demolition, reconfiguration of existing work spaces and construction of a new office within existing work spaces. The mechanical and electrical work on the second floor includes modifications to existing systems

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
