Professional Boulevard Phase II

As of August 17, 2022, project was awarded to Concrete General, Inc., awarded amount is $6,617,402.10. Project No: 10-270 Continuing from previous phases to widen 1100 feet of existing Professional Court from 2 to 4 lanes including utility and storm drain improvements and signal upgrades to the intersection with Eastern Boulevard. Existing roadway lighting will be moved and updated as well as lighting installation across the newly constructed bridge. Roadway paving will extend from the bridge 2400 feet to a prior built stub off the Yale Drive roundabout. Bioswales and Filterra inlets will be constructed to treat the stormwater. A shared use path and sidewalk system will run the entire length of the project and traffic barrier is included with the design.
