Description

Resurface approximately 1350 square yards of asphalt in parking lot 7 [WFDC building] located at 199 College Rd. Bolivia, NC 28422. All work must be scheduled and coordinated with Jack Luciano, Associate VP of Facility Services. Asphalt mill /replacement shall include the following:. Vendor to supply all labor, material, and equipment to mill and replace asphalt. Mill existing asphalt to 2’’ depth. Proof roll to determine subgrade condition. Clean surface of loose debris /milling and haul off site. Tack coat all edges. Machine install NCDOTS 9.5B surface mix asphalt to depth of 2’’ compacting with vibratory rollers. Paint parking lines, arrows, ADA symbols.
