Description

Roof– Remove existing EPDM single-ply roof system to deck and replace with new Modified Bitumen roof system Existing curbs, openings, and flashing heights shall be modified to meet requirements for installation of new mechanical and roofing systems. HVAC – Remove the three (3) existing roof top units and replace with new RTU’s, including the associated plumbing and electrical systems. Replace with new approx. 29 PIU’s with electric heat and ten (10) VAV’s.
