Health Department Expansion Renovation

Professional architectural/engineering services for the interior renovation of the upper floors of the Health Department Building at 240 Parson Ave. This project include the renovation and remediation of approximately 50,000 to 60,000 sq ft of original 1870’s interior building material and systems. - Design areas: Floors 3 and 4 and possibly 5 and 6. - Use: These floors will be used for administrative purposes; offices, conference rooms, workstation areas, storage, PODS etc. for City Health employees. - This project may include the demolition of a 4 level dormitory to make way for additional garage parking. - This project may include the redesign of pedestrian walkway from street to building entrance.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
