Description

This Project consist of the contractor providing all labor equipment materials supplies insurances etc. necessary to perform parking lot stabilization at the Parkers Creek Wildlife Management Area on Route 765, Prince Frederick, Calvert County, Maryland 20678. a. Excavate for and install a new 18" Concrete culvert pipe (approximately 24 feet ) with Concrete Flared ends at the Parking lot entrance. b. Create a three (3) foot swale approximately sixty (60) linear feet, along the northwest side of the parking lot. c. Line the perimeter of the existing parking lot area with timbers (approximately 180 LF) d. Supply place and Compact gravel (with fines) to fill in all potholes trenches etc., approximately 180 tons in the parking area using price#1. e. Scarify and re-grade existing parking lot in the surface using a vibrating roller.
