Description

The scope of services requested by the County includes, but is not limited to, planning, permitting, financing, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and environmental monitoring services for facilities associated with the beneficial use of LFG. In addition, the scope of services includes marketing, sale and distribution of the full market value of the LFG, including all forms of energy, environmental attributes, tax credits, and tax incentives.
