Elk Mound High School Phase 1 Additions and Phase 2 Remodel

i. The Elk Mound School District is seeking bids for the High School Phase 1 Additions & Phase 2 Remodel Project as further elaborated within the contract documents. ii. Phase 1 consists of a building addition serving as a new weight room and band class room. The addition will require relocation of various underground utilities. iii. Phase 1 also includes the addition of a secure vestibule at the Elementary School. iv. Phase 2 consists of a renovation of the Tech Ed shops and Tech Ed class rooms, as well as the renovation of the locker rooms
