Project Description: New construction of (8) 4-story wood framed Multifamily buildings above 1st floor precast parking garages for a total of 576 units. Due to funding, there are specific City of Milwaukee SBE, and RPP employment participation requirements. Bids will be evaluated on competitiveness as well as contribution towards achieving the overall project inclusion requirements for RPP labor and SBE/DBE Certifications.
