Major Reconstruction - HAM-74 - 18.01

Describes the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) requirements for the HAM 74 MCE Phase 5B Reconstruction (MCE-5B). The project is in the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. MCE-5B was split off the Mill Creek Expressway (MCE) work originally to be completed under PID 83723. MCE-5B primarily reconfigures and improves the I-75SB connection to I-74WB with the construction of two new ramp bridges (Ramp O and Ramp R) over CSX/NS, Mill Creek, and Spring Grove Avenue. The Project will also make additional improvements to I-74WB between I-75 and Montana Ave including the reconstruction of I-74 westbound, bridge work on I-74, and the replacement of the pedestrian bridge over I-74.
