| Description | The Willow Lake Water Pollution Control Facility (WLWPCF) will engage the services of a licensed and bonded contractor for the purpose of performing modifications, installations, removal, and replacements of pipe, mechanical equipment and other associated equipment at WLWPCF based on an as-needed basis. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There is NO site orientation for this project. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon dated January 5, 2023, The City of Salem (City) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days. |
