General Contracting Services for the Construction of a New Convenience Store at Blue Gap, Arizona. (Route 4 & Route 29 -Baird Rd.) (Navajo Nation Trust Lands) The Navajo Nation (Navajo Nation Oil and Gas Company, dba Navajo Petroleum) Extends an invitation to all qualified and experienced commercial construction firms to submit proposals for the construction of a 3,520 square foot Retail Convenience Store and associated infrastructure and site work, including utility upgrades. In addition to retail sales, the store will have a small post office. In order to open the bidding opportunity to as many "Priority One" and "Priority Two" Contractors as possible, the fuel storage & delivery systems, hazardous area work & specialty work associated with Convenience Store Installation has been removed from this RFP request. The Fuel System and all Hazardous Area Specialty systems procurement and Fuel System installation will not be a part of this contract. Additionally, the Convenience Store equipment procurement and Convenience Store equipment installation will not be a part of this contract, and the selected General Contractor does not need to show/prove any experience with this type of work.
