Repair Men`s Showers, Building 1

Furnishing and installing equipment and materials required to upgrade men’s showers, lavatories and restrooms by demolishing existing fixtures, partitions, finishes (including floor and wall tile), ceiling tiles and grid, lighting, countertops, and doors, and replacing with new. This also includes upgrades to men’s locker room by demolishing existing finishes, ceiling tiles and grid, lighting and replacing with new. Capable sources are sought to provide an upgrade to the men’s showers, bathrooms and locker rooms in Building 1 at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome Research Site, Rome, NY. The anticipated period of performance is 360 days. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials required to upgrade men’s showers, lavatories and restrooms by demolishing existing fixtures, partitions, finishes (including floor and wall tile), ceiling tiles and grid, lighting, countertops, and doors, and replacing with new. This also includes upgrades to men’s locker room by demolishing existing finishes, ceiling tiles and gird, lighting and replacing with new.
