Description | Work Scope is to clean the brick exterior, minor brick repair, paint metal sills & headers, panels and canopies, and seal brick. 1. 820 Exchange: Clean exterior of building using hot water power washer. Clean with Prosoco - Enviro Klean, per manufactured recommendations. 2. Inspect exterior of 820 Exchange. Determine extent of exterior brick wall mortar joints that will require repair. 3. Repair brick mortar joints with approved Tuckpointing per ASTM E2260. Estimate that 5% of exterior wall need Tuckpointing. 4. Apply caulk at top of horizontal reveal to seal brick from water intrusion. 5. Repair spalled brick near south entry. 6. Clean and seal brick at south entry vestibule. 7. Prepare brick surface and apply; Prosoco - Sure Klean Weather Seal Siloxane WB; per manufactures recommendations. 8. Paint exterior of metal of canopies. Benjamin Moore HP D.T.M. Acrylic Semi-Gloss (HP2), Color 2097-10 Toasted Brown. Prepare metal per manufactures directions. 9. Paint metal panels at windows sills and window headers and at horizontal panels at walls, re-caulk joints and edges of metal panels at windows and walls. |
