Country Knolls Pool Liner Replacement

For the Construction of the Town of Clifton Park Country Knolls Pool Liner Replacement. Contract: Base Bid Contract No. 1 - General Construction Construction includes, but is not limited to, the following: Liner removal, selective demolition, concrete pool wall and floor repair identified on Contract Drawings, resetting existing concrete copings, installation of pool liner and accessories for the existing main pool. Additive Bid Items Additive Bid No. 1: Liner removal, selective demolition, concrete pool wall and floor repair, resetting existing concrete copings, installation of pool liner and accessories for the existing wade pool. Additive Bid No. 2: Add/deduct unit price cost for the repair of the existing concrete pool walls and floor with a depth of 2” or less greater than or less than the area included in the Base Bid (per square foot of concrete wall and floor repairs). Additive Bid No. 3: Add/deduct unit price cost for the repair of the existing concrete pool walls and floor with a depth of 2” to 6” greater than or less than the area included in the Base Bid (per square foot of concrete wall and floor repairs).
