| Description | The City of Ocala Electric Utility is soliciting bids from qualified Florida licensed underground utility or electric line general contractors to install an overhead/underground three-phase feeder line including decorative street lights on SR464 from SW 5th Avenue to Lake Weir Avenue in Ocala, FL. Work will be performed on both the North and South side of SR464. The system will remain energized throughout the project. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, management, MOT, permits, etc., to perform these services. Ocala Electric Utility (OEU) will provide all materials for the overhead construction and will provide the conductor for the underground portion of this project. Contractor will provide conduit. The project will consist of installing, a 3-phase (7.2/12.47Kv) 795 AAC with a 4/0 AAAC neutral feeder pole line in addition to a 3-phase 1,000 MCM URD conductor in an underground conduit system. Contractor will remove existing 3-phase pole line along the north side of SR464. Please refer to Exhibits. On the South side of SR464, contractor will install an underground conduit system and street lights. | ||
