Construct North Hangar Taxilanes, Access Road, and Runway 20 End Taxiway Turnaround. Work items include but are not limited to unclassified excavation, installation of edge drain system, aggregate material installation, asphalt paving, permanent pavement markings, electrical work, and airside traffic control. Plans and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of Public Works, City Hall, 416 Walnut Street, Yankton, South Dakota and at the office of KLJ, 5110 E 57th Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 57108 . s. Questions received less than five (5) business days prior to the date for opening bids may or may not
be answered at the sole discretion of the Engineer. Only questions answered by formal addenda will be binding. Oral
and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. No addenda shall be issued within 96 hours (4
days) of the bid opening. |
