| Description | Major work items include and are not limited to: The complete demolition and replacement of the existing EPDM roofing, insulation, boots, flashing, pitch pockets, pipe supports, drains, expansion joints, gutters, etc., down to the existing roof deck. Install a new Carlisle SynTec Sure-White 60-mil 20-year warranty (Basis of Design), fully adhered roof system and aforementioned items. The complete demolition and replacement of five existing packaged outdoor central-station air-handling units (RTU’s) and four existing rooftop exhaust fans, their controls and sensors, communication wiring to the existing BAS, duct detectors, fire alarm wiring, exterior duct work, curbs/rails, gas piping, condensate piping and electrical power. Cleaning (night shift) and balancing of the entire duct system associated with the RTU’s and exhaust fans. Disconnect, reconnect and recertify to UL Master Label, the existing lightning protection system. |
